G.U. "2010" Summer Training Camp

Held one week during the summer our gymnastics training camps are for boys and girls from the beginner level through the advanced optional athlete! This day camp is held Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Gymnasts work on learning new gymnastics skills and they particpate in a fun non-gymnastic field trip to Water World on Wednesday!

These weekly day camps provide an excellent child-care alternative throughout the summer months. Campers participate in gymnastics, swimming, roller skating, crafts, movies and field trips. Designed for boys and girls age six and up from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, children spend an action packed summer! Students may register for the week or by the day, space available. Adventure Camps are also held during the December and Spring school breaks! Cost $45/daily OR $180/weekly and.

Holiday Team Camp 
This camp is offered over the December school break. Focusing on advanced level skills, this no-frills camp is designed for the team level competitor to improve skills and prepare for season!
Instructional Clinics 
Throughout the year half or full day Instructional Clinics are scheduled to provide specialized instruction on specific skills or appartus. Some of our past clinics have focused on back handsprings, tumble track and trampoline, bars, beam, etc.
Days at G.U. 
When the school districts have days off, Gymnastics Unlimited schedules a "Day @ G.U.", where students spend a lot of Open Gym time as well as participate in games, video watching, or crafts. The schedule of the day is directed by the need and desires of those attending each "Day @ G.U."!
Field Trips 
Gymnastics Unlimited offers supervised gymnastics field trips for scout trips, church groups, day cares, schools, or other youth groups. Participants do not need to have any gymnastics experience to have fun time in a safe environment. Our staff will assist you in planning "the field trip of the year" for your group!
